  • Manage data exports and imports for Asset data, Maintenance Job Plans, Planned Maintenance Schedules, SFG20 and Non-SFG Procedures, Procedure Step Task Instructions, and planned and remedial work tasks.
  • Collaborate with the FMS team to generate locational master data for Properties, Buildings, Floors, and Spaces, ensuring accurate mapping to Assets, Building Systems, and Job Plans while maintaining all ISS coding and naming conventions and standards.
  • Manage the ISS Asset and Maintenance Master Blueprint Templates, used for Asset collection and verifications updates, improvements, and customisations.
  • Prepare and QA Asset Collection and Verification Templates and PPM Planners for data quality and data completeness.
  • QA data returns and ensure compliance with the contract deliverable and core data fields.
  • Provide SME support to end users and stakeholders, supporting asset and PPM data gathering.
