About the Role

We're looking for an experienced M&E Site Manager with a strong background in Civil Engineering delivery to join our project team. The successful candidate will oversee all civil elements of the works on site, ensuring safety, quality, and programme compliance are achieved to the highest standards. You'll be responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing resources, maintaining documentation, and driving safe and efficient project delivery in line with company and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all civil engineering works on site.
  • Ensure full SHES (Safety, Health, Environment & Sustainability) and Quality compliance.
  • Deliver civils works in accordance with the agreed programme and project milestones.
  • Manage site resources in line with programme requirements.
  • Oversee drawing management and compliance with SR135 standards.
  • Identify, plan, and manage all Temporary Works, ensuring they are approved and implemented correctly.
  • Draft, review, and approve RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements).
  • Monitor and ensure completion of QA documentation and As-Builts.
  • Chair weekly SHES and coordination meetings with site teams and subcontractors.
  • Identify and resolve constructability issues ahead of programme‑critical works.
  • Coordinate procurement and ensure timely delivery of plant and materials to meet programme requirements.
