M&E Site Manager - £60M Modular Hospital Project, Bournemouth Immediate Freelance Opportunity | Up to £400/day | 7-8 Month Contract

Join a landmark £60M new-build modular hospital in Bournemouth, delivering state-of-the-art healthcare facilities to enhance regional services. As our exclusive recruitment partner, we’re seeking an experienced M&E Site Manager to drive mechanical and electrical integration on this high-profile project through the winter period and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full M&E installation, coordination, and commissioning across modular wards and ground-floor catering areas.
  • Liaise with off-site module manufacturers, on-site civils teams, and NHS stakeholders to ensure seamless integration.
  • Ensure compliance with HTM standards, zero-carbon targets (including PV systems), and programme deadlines.
  • Supervise M&E subcontractors, resolve technical issues, and maintain quality and safety standards.
Requirements
  • 8+ years in M&E site management with proven delivery on healthcare or complex new-build projects.
  • Strong technical and coordination skills, ideally with modular/off-site construction experience.
  • Familiarity with HTM 02/05 and NHS standards.
  • Immediate availability and eligibility to work in the UK.
