• Strong technical and coordination skills, ideally with modular/off-site construction experience.
• Familiarity with HTM 02/05 and NHS standards.
• Immediate availability and eligibility to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Manage full M&E installation, coordination, and commissioning across modular wards and ground‑floor catering areas.
• Liaise with off‑site module manufacturers, on‑site civils teams, and NHS stakeholders to ensure seamless integration.
• Ensure compliance with HTM standards, zero‑carbon targets, and programme deadlines.
• Supervise M&E subcontractors, resolve technical issues, and maintain quality and safety standards.

Join a landmark £60M new-build modular hospital in Bournemouth, delivering state-of-the‑art healthcare facilities to enhance regional services. As our exclusive recruitment partner, we're seeking an experienced M&E Site Manager to drive mechanical and electrical integration on this high‑profile project through the winter period and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full M&E installation, coordination, and commissioning across modular wards and ground‑floor catering areas.
• Liaise with off‑site module manufacturers, on‑site civils teams, and NHS stakeholders to ensure seamless integration.
• Ensure compliance with HTM standards, zero‑carbon targets (including PV systems), and programme deadlines.
• Supervise M&E subcontractors, resolve technical issues, and maintain quality and safety standards.

Requirements:

• 8+ years in M&E site management with proven delivery on healthcare or complex new‑build projects.
• Strong technical and coordination skills, ideally with modular/off‑site construction experience.
• Familiarity with HTM 02/05 and NHS standards.
• Immediate availability and eligibility to work in the UK.
