Become a vital member of our Project & Programme Services team, proudly taking on some of the world's most exciting and prestigious projects. We are currently looking to recruit a Mechanical and Electrical (M+E) Quantity Surveyor with experience in M+E systems to support and grow our M+E cost management team in Wales and the South‑West.

Your purpose:

  • An enthusiastic and positive team player, who integrates closely with immediate and wider teams, delivering best‑in‑class service.
  • For career progression: excellent team management, fostering a culture of growth and development.
  • Active participation in business development, increasing client spend and cross‑selling services.
  • In‑depth knowledge of M+E systems, associated costs and cost determination.
  • Track record in delivering MEP cost‑management services and advising on cost drivers and value engineering.
  • Expertise in feasibility and cost planning, procurement advice, tender documentation and post‑contract services with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in client, consultant & contractor facing roles with excellent communication skills.

Security clearance:

This role may require security clearance. Offers of employment will be contingent on obtaining the relevant level of clearance. The vetting process is delivered by United Kingdom Security Vetting (UKSV) and may require candidates to provide proof of UK residence for 5 years or longer.
