Key Responsibilities

  • Tendering: Prepare tender documents, evaluate bids, and assist in the selection of contractors and suppliers.
  • Contract Administration: Review, negotiate, and manage contracts to ensure compliance with project specifications and company standards.
  • Project Analysis: Analyze project specifications, drawings, and contracts to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Cost Reporting: Produce regular financial reports, including cost forecasts and budget variances, to provide insights to project stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  • Value Engineering: Identify and implement cost‑saving measures and value engineering solutions without compromising quality.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, contracts, and project documentation.
