The successful candidate will work on a variety of exciting projects including a £300M new build office and a £100M fit out. Candidates should possess MEP Quantity Surveying experience, a RICS accredited degree, and strong professionalism. Competitive salary ranging from £45,000 to £60,000 plus comprehensive benefits is offered.

The M&E Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful M&E Quantity Surveyor will join a close knit MEP team in London, which sits alongside an award winning quantity surveying team, and is led by a personable MEP Quantity Surveying Partner who focuses on improving his Quantity Surveyor's skill set daily.

In terms of the work, the M&E Quantity Surveyor will be exposed to a £300M new build office, jump on a mix of research labs, and be part of an incredible £100M Cat B fit out project.

The M&E Quantity Surveyor

• Must have MEP/M&E Quantity Surveying experience
• The M&E experience must be within a consultancy/pqs/cost management practice
• Pre and post contract experience
• Completed a RICS accredited degree
• 3+ years MEP/M&E Quantity Surveying experience
• Presentable, intelligent, professional
