M&E Project Supervisor

Location: West Central LondonSalary: £47,300 per annumHours: Monday–Friday, 35 hrs/week

Are you an experienced Mechanical & Electrical professional looking to take the next step in your career? We have an exciting opportunity for an M&E Project Supervisor to join a leading organization in West Central London. This role is key to delivering minor mechanical projects and supporting the integration of new services into existing infrastructure, ensuring safety, efficiency, and sustainability.

About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Capital Projects Manager, you will manage assigned projects from inception to completion, supervising works through daily audits and progress checks. You’ll liaise with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to minimize disruption and maintain operational continuity.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Deliver minor mechanical projects, including specification, scheduling, and procurement.
  • Supervise projects and ensure compliance with health & safety requirements.
  • Monitor progress against programme and budget; report to senior management.
  • Coordinate integration of new services into existing infrastructure, including trials to assess impact.
  • Contribute to policy development, energy efficiency, and sustainability strategies.
  • Prepare five-year plans for cyclical works and maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure smooth handover on completion.
What We’re Looking For
  • Qualifications: HNC or equivalent in Mechanical Building Services discipline.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of mechanical & electrical systems, BMS, CDM regulations, and building services interrelationships.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage projects within budget and time constraints.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills for reporting and stakeholder engagement.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to deliver safe, efficient, and cost-effective solutions.
