Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Limited is recruiting for a Fit Out Supervisor on a fixed-term contract in London. You will oversee tenant and landlord fit-outs, coordinate with M&E consultants, and supervise site activities across electrical, mechanical, water treatment and HVAC systems to maintain high service standards for tenants and building users.

The role requires strong RAMS review, permits control, and close collaboration with the engineering management team, with a contract through August 2027

Qualifications

• C&G Level 3 or equivalent in electrical, mechanical or plumbing and heating.
• Proficient in CAFM systems to complete reactive work orders.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review RAMS, issue permits to work.
• Review and monitor access into landlord areas and plantrooms.
• Coordinate with fit out coordinator and M&E consultants.
• Attend fit out meetings with tenants, contractors and fit out coordinator.
• Monitor tenant fit-out projects and base build impacts.
• Supervise contractors and fit-out activities; ensure compliance with standards.
