CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is seeking a Fit-out Supervisor to join a landlord/tenant fit-out project in London. You will oversee a broad range of M&E works, coordinate between tenants, contractors and the fit-out coordinator, and ensure work complies with safety standards and building codes.

The role is a fixed-term contract until August 2027, with responsibility for supervising plant rooms and ensuring accurate CAFM updates and reporting.

Qualifications

• IOSH Managing Safely is required.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Experience supervising large engineering teams is required.
• Analytical mindset to interpret data for continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Review RAMS and issue permits to work.
• Monitor access into landlord areas and plantrooms.
• Coordinate with fit-out coordinator and M&E consultants.
• Attend fit-out meetings with tenants and contractors.
• Monitor tenant fit-outs for impacts to base build infrastructure.
• Supervise contractors and ensure work meets codes and standards.
• Ensure documentation and logbooks are kept up to date.
• Escalate defects and safety issues to management.
