Job summary

Qualifications

  • Practical and extensive knowledge in Facilities Management and maintenance.
  • Educated to degree, HND, HNC level in a relevant subject or equivalent experience.
  • Current experience using Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

  • Manage maintenance and repair of M & E installations.
  • Lead repair and maintenance programs.
  • Supervise project works to ensure quality standards.

Skills

Knowledge of Facilities Management
Experience with mechanical and electrical installations
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint
Understanding of health & safety legislation
Ability to work flexible hours

Education

Degree or equivalent in Facilities Management
Membership of a relevant professional body
