Gold Group is seeking an M&E Engineer (Mechanical Bias) based in Harwell, Oxford, with strong expertise in Electrical Distribution Systems, Generator Testing, AHUs, Pumps, and Water Treatment. The role involves PPM, real-time logging on a PDA, and updating CAFM with work details.

Candidates should have Level 3/NVQ3 or equivalent in a mechanical discipline, hold a full clean driving licence, and be prepared for on-site work in Didcot/Harwell. UK right-to-work is required.

• Recognised industry qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Work on Electrical Distribution Systems, Generator Testing, AHUs, Pumps, and Water Treatment.
• Conduct Monthly Emergency Lighting Tests and regular Fire Alarm testing.
• Maintain HVAC systems and address heating/cooling issues.
• Perform Electrical Fault Finding and Lighting Repairs as part of routine maintenance.
• Ensure PPM tasks are logged in real time with start/wait/stop times.
• Update CAFM with task descriptions and follow-on work requirements.
