Our client is an established, multi-disciplinary design practice with a strong UK presence, looking to strengthen its building services team with the appointment of a Senior Mechanical Designer in its Manchester office. With a diverse project portfolio spanning commercial, retail, leisure, residential, health care, and industrial sectors.

Job Requirements

Applications are invited from M&E CAD Technician seasoned in working to tight deadlines on MEP schemes, working as part of a wider team to deliver projects to time and cost.

The pre-construction design team works extremely closely with the operations team to coordinate all activities, and a competent CAD Technician is required who can work quickly in an agile manner to support live schemes.
