Job summary

Metis Search partners with a leading U.S. investment bank to hire a Senior Analyst / Associate into its Technology M&A team in London.

The role offers meaningful responsibility with exposure across the full transaction lifecycle and the chance to work closely with senior bankers, clients and advisers. You will support the execution of technology M&A transactions, build financial models, prepare client materials, and conduct market analyses to drive strategic advice while contributing to business

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of investment banking experience.
• Exposure to upper-mid-market and large-cap M&A processes.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
• Proven experience working on live M&A transactions.
• Technology sector experience is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of M&A transactions across the Technology sector.
