Job summary

Harris' International Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Corporate Development Associate to proactively research and develop acquisition targets for a high-velocity M&A operation. You will drive multi-channel outreach, build a robust acquisition pipeline, and coordinate due diligence with the M&A team while maintaining disciplined CRM activity.

Qualifications

• Direct experience in M&A origination or business development.
• Experience in M&A/VC/PE, investment banking or management consulting is an asset.
• Commercial “hunter” mentality with cold outreach, lead generation and relationship management.
• Ability to engage with C-suite executives and articulate investment philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Research industry dynamics to identify acquisition and investment news.
• Design and execute multi-channel outreach to founders and executives.
• Attend conferences and events to build the acquisition pipeline.
• Maintain CRM hygiene, log outreach activities, forecast pipeline health, and report to senior management.
• Coordinate due-diligence requests and information flow with the M&A team.
• Organize management meetings and site visits for opportunity progression.
