Job summary

Aston Murray Ltd is seeking an Associate to join its London team, taking day-to-day ownership of live M&A and ECM transactions. You will build and maintain bespoke three-statement models and perform valuation analyses with senior oversight.

In this client-facing role, you will interact with management teams, coordinate due diligence, and prepare information memorandums and board materials. The environment is entrepreneurial and fast-moving.

Qualifications

• Strong technical foundations in financial modelling and valuation.
• 2+ years of post-qualified experience in M&A/ECM deals.
• Ability to build complex integrated three-statement models.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of live M&A and ECM transactions.
• Prepare IMs, forecasts and management presentations.
• Coordinate due diligence and client communications.
• Support origination and investment workstreams.
