Job summary

Cencora, a global health company, is seeking a Secure MA&D Principal to lead pre-close cybersecurity due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic transactions. You will identify cyber risks, estimate remediation costs, manage third-party diligence partners, and support Day 1 readiness planning.

Responsibilities include translating findings to business impact, coordinating with Finance, Legal, IT, and Information Security, and improving diligence templates and cost

Qualifications

• 10+ years of cybersecurity leadership experience.
• Experience leading cybersecurity assessments, risk reviews, or due diligence.
• Strong understanding of IAM, endpoint security, vulnerability mgmt, cloud security, data protection, and GRC.
• Ability to translate cyber risks into business, cost, and operational impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-close cybersecurity due diligence for MA&D transactions.
• Review target security posture, documents, and assessment results.
• Identify cyber risks, gaps, and Day 1 readiness issues and translate to business impact.
• Manage third-party diligence providers, including scope and deliverables.
• Develop preliminary remediation and integration cost estimates.
