Stephens is seeking an Associate Director to lead and coordinate M&A advisory engagements within its Specialty Finance franchise in Europe. You will oversee transaction execution, mentor junior bankers, and collaborate with senior bankers on client coverage and deal generation.

Strong modelling, valuation, and communication skills are essential. The role emphasizes high-quality execution in a fast-paced environment and requires mature commercial judgement, integrity, and accountability.

Competenze

• 6+ years of M&A advisory experience.
• Strong experience advising banks and/or non-bank lenders.
• Strong analytical, financial modelling and valuation skills.
• Ability to manage transaction execution under tight deadlines.
• Ability to support senior bankers in client coverage and marketing strategy development.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• High integrity, accountability and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.
• Commitment to safeguarding confidential information and regulatory compliance.

• Lead the execution of live engagements from initial prep through closing.
