A leading engineering services provider seeks a Low Voltage Switchgear Commissioning Service Engineer to retrofit and maintain medium and low voltage switchgear and transformers across the UK. The ideal candidate will have electrician experience and the ability to conduct electrical service and planned maintenance. Travel is required for this field-based role.

Qualifications

• Ideally trained through the apprentice route.

Responsibilities

• Electrical service and planned preventative maintenance (PPM).
• Routine maintenance, full service of legacy systems, and routine inspections.
• Upgrading and replacing obsolete protection relays and other switchgear.

Low Voltage Switchgear Field Service Engineer required to retrofit, service, repair, and maintain medium and low voltage electrical switchgear, transformers, and protection relays across the UK, so travel is required.
