Qualifications

• Proven track record in a Customer Service and Administrative environment.
• Ability to assess individual customer needs with strong communication skills.
• Strong Administration skills and able to prioritize tasks.
• Experience in data analytics with excellent attention to detail.
• Preferred experience in the Automotive Industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage contracts including email and phone requests within KPIs.
• Respond to booking requests quickly and efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer care and accurate administration.
• Maintain an internal database and ensure updates are accurate.
• Provide timely reporting in accordance with KPI requirements.
• Manage fleets for efficient in fleeting and de-fleeting.
• Conduct monthly invoicing and sense check the data.
