Responsibilities
- Advise premium customers by phone and email in Arabic and English.
- Process customer requests from offer preparation to billing of individual trips, including restaurant/club reservations, gifts, tickets, spa/fitness, yacht, flowers, transport, sightseeing, etc.
- Make reservations with restaurants, airlines, hotels, and destination agencies.
- Prepare tailor‑made offers, travel documents, itineraries, visas, and administrative processing.
- Proactively inform and inspire customers about exclusive promotions and events to help them benefit from unique opportunities.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in professional Arabic and English (written and spoken, C2 level).
- Completed tertiary qualification or equivalent training, preferably in tourism.
- Several years of professional experience in the travel industry, a tour operator or travel agency, or at least 3 years in luxury concierge, hospitality, or high‑end customer service.
- Knowledge of GDS (preferably Amadeus) and strong destination knowledge.
- Passion for travel and luxury lifestyle, including gastronomy, events and culture.
- Service‑oriented, flexible and able to work under pressure.
- Positive attitude and alignment with Ten Group values.
- Availability for full‑time work (40 hrs per week).
Hybrid/Home Office Option
Located in the United Kingdom. If you live within a commutable distance of the office you can work in a hybrid model—at least 3 days per week in the office. Remote working options are also available for those who do not live near the office.
