Responsibilities

• Support the team in running all elements of the account.
• Develop a clear understanding of the clients’ business objectives.
• Respond to clients' requests within a 24-hour SLA.
• Oversee the client briefing and approval process.
• Maintain processes and systems for account activities.
• Attend status and client meetings for updates.
• Manage budgets and invoices.
