Job summary

Maison Estelle, a private members’ club in Mayfair, is seeking a Talent Attraction Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment across the business. You will partner with hiring managers, build talent pipelines, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience while upholding the brand’s discretion and service standards.

You’ll manage workload across stakeholders, source proactively, and maintain accurate ATS/HRIS data.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or candidate sourcing.
• Experience recruiting within luxury hospitality, private members' clubs, or brand-led environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with hiring managers and executives, advising on talent attraction and recruitment.
• Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, from briefing to pre-boarding.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience with timely communication and compliant processes.
• Maintain ATS/HRIS data and contribute to recruitment KPIs and OKRs.
• Identify improvements to recruitment processes and tools.
