Job summary

Medical Staff Talent is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse for a luxury private superyacht project based near Bath. The role delivers 1:1 healthcare to a VIP principal across a global sailing itinerary, with rigorous clinical standards and support from a Western-trained Lead Doctor and Physiotherapists.

You will coordinate complex medical care, manage medications, and monitor chronic conditions, operating in a double-nurse shift environment to ensure always having a fellow RN by your side.

Qualifications

• BSN from a Western-accredited institution is required.
• Minimum 4 years of high-intensity clinical experience in ER/ICU.
• Excellent English skills (C1).
• Willingness to travel internationally on a private superyacht.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex medical care on board and onshore.
• Manage daily medication regimens and monitor chronic conditions.
• Provide 1:1 care to VIP principal with double-nurse protocol.
• Collaborate with lead doctor and physiotherapists.
