Job summary

Moncler Group in London is seeking a Team Manager / Department Manager (Client Advisor Manager) to lead the Harrods store team, grow sales and deliver exceptional service. You will recruit and develop staff, manage daily operations, and drive performance through KPIs while upholding brand standards.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership, luxury retail experience and the ability to coach and inspire a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years' retail management experience in luxury or premium fashion.
  • Proven track record in growing clientele and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong people leadership and coaching abilities.
  • Analytical with KPI experience and ability to drive performance.
  • Excellent communication in fluent English and brand-appropriate service.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure Moncler sales and service standards across customers and teams.
  • Motivate the sales team and lead by example in service and product knowledge.
  • Recruit, interview and hire a high-performing team for store success.
  • Drive store sales and manage KPIs including sales, UPT, conversion and inventory.
  • Oversee daily store operations, scheduling, cash handling and shipping/receiving.
  • Analyze sell-through and reports; collaborate with Regional partners to grow the business.
  • Coach staff on brand standards, training and selling programmes.
  • Develop the team with regular feedback and clear career paths.
