Job summary

Dweet. is seeking a Stock Controller for our Bicester team. You will manage deliveries, verify goods, label items, and keep stockroom organized while ensuring on‑floor stock accuracy to support the sales team.

In this luxury goods environment, reliability, adaptability, and meticulous attention to detail are essential. You will participate in weekly counts, handle VIP reservations, and coordinate transfers between boutiques to ensure flawless product availability and customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position within the luxury goods sector.

Responsibilities

• Delivery management: Handle the receipt and verification of goods, including checking delivery notes, labeling, and beeping.
• Stockroom management: Oversee sorting by size, general maintenance, monitoring, and restocking.
• Inventory control: Manage and control stock on the floor and maintain accurate stock-keeping.
• Product reservations: Handle VIP product reservations and manage shipments.
• Inventory participation: Engage in weekly, quarterly, and annual inventory counts.
• Transfer management: Coordinate transfers between different boutiques.
• Sales team support: Assist sales teams by providing products as requested by customers.
