Job summary

Elemis in the Bluewater shopping centre is seeking a part-time Retail Therapist to deliver premium skincare treatments on-site and drive luxury product sales through expert consultations.

You will build lasting relationships with clients, perform HD skin scans, tailor treatment plans, and ensure a high-end counter presentation. A background in beauty therapy and luxury retail will help you excel.

Qualifications

• Qualified in Beauty Therapy (Level 2 or equivalent preferred).
• Experience in luxury retail, spa, or treatment environments.
• Confident in consultative selling and building personalised recommendations.
• Proven ability to build a loyal client base and drive repeat business.
