You will blend clinical-grade skincare with luxury retail, hosting intimate events and guiding guests through personalised product journeys. A Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification is essential, with a strong background in luxury retail expected.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification (essential).
• Strong background in luxury beauty retail or premium department stores.
• Ability to drive retail through consultation-led selling.
• Host intimate client workshops and in-store experiences.
• Desire to evolve into an advanced, clinic-led treatment environment.
• Self-motivated with professional presentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bespoke, results-driven facial treatments in a boutique setting.
• Create seamless journeys from treatment to retail and back.
• Engage clients through storytelling, product knowledge and tailored recommendations.
• Host and participate in exclusive events, PR activations and brand experiences.
• Contribute to the elevated atmosphere of a luxury skincare destination.
