In this leadership role, you will guide a specialist sales team, oversee day-to-day operations, and cultivate a culture of exceptional service. Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver an outstanding client experience that aligns with luxury service expectations.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of specialists to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring opportunities for repeat business.
  • Oversee product expertise within the team, supporting knowledge of luxury watches, jewellery, and high-value items.
  • Ensure impeccable visual merchandising and brand presentation standards.
  • Manage stock processes, including inventory, replenishment, and product care.
  • Support in-store events, private appointments, and client experiences.
  • Analyse sales performance and implement strategies to optimise results.
Key Requirements

  • Flexibility to work weekends and occasional evenings.

The salary is up to £70,000 with a strong bonus structure based on individual and company performance. 26 days annual holiday + bank holidays, private healthcare after 6 months.
