Role: Sales Advisor

Location: West End, London

Salary: £28,000 + OTE

Full Time: 40 hours

Our client is a British heritage menswear brand known for exceptional craftsmanship, timeless tailoring, and distinctive design. With a long-standing tradition of excellence, we continue to serve a discerning clientele, blending tradition with contemporary style.

As a Sales Advisor, you will deliver an exceptional and personalised customer experience that reflects the brand's values and heritage. You will support all aspects of daily store operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience, embodying the brand's service ethos.
  • Develop strong product knowledge to confidently advise clients on style, fit, and craftsmanship.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective client engagement and conversion.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards in line with brand guidelines.
  • Support stock management processes, including replenishment, stock counts, and transfers.
  • Assist with online and remote client orders where required.
  • Uphold all company policies and procedures, including those related to loss prevention, health and safety, and customer service.
