• Style clients confidently to find their perfect look
• Address questions and objections with confidence and close the sale with care
• Create surprise-and-delight moments, capture client details thoughtfully, and build loyal, repeat relationships through personalised, purposeful follow-up
• Proactively introduce MV services and book appointments that keep clients returning
• Focus and drive towards achieving your individual targets and shared team metrics
• Proactively share client feedback and product opportunities with the management team to help grow the business
• Embody our brand values to deliver results
• Deliver in-store services with confidence (Engraving, Monogramming, Welding and Aftercare Services)
• Be a positive presence in an inclusive, energetic and motivating team environment
• Support the wider team wherever needed, communicating clearly and positively with colleagues, management and head office
