Job summary

Crew Clothing in Cheltenham is seeking a Sales Advisor for the Christmas period. This fixed term contract (4–8 hours) offers frontline customer service, product knowledge and a friendly shopping experience.

You will help hit sales targets, promote multi-channel options and maintain store standards while delivering a welcoming atmosphere. Prior retail experience and good IT skills are desirable, especially in luxury fashion environments.

• Achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and the brand.
• Provide accurate information about our product to the customer including features and benefits and stock availability.

• Process sales transactions with care and in line with company guidelines.
• Demonstrate flexibility in order to meet the needs of the store.
