Job summary

Crew Clothing Northallerton is seeking a part-time Key Holder to drive sales and uphold high store standards. You will deliver outstanding customer service, share product knowledge, and promote our multi-channel shopping options. You’ll help create a welcoming store environment and handle transactions per company guidelines.

The role offers 16 hours per week with keyholder responsibilities, including supporting the team and maintaining brand presentation in a luxury fashion setting.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and the brand
• Provide accurate information about our product to the customer including features and benefits and stock availability
• Promote our multi-channel shopping options to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
• Provide an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for our customers
• Process sales transactions with care and in line with company guidelines
• Demonstrate flexibility in order to meet the needs of the store
