Job summary

The NoMad London is seeking a Restaurant Manager for Twenty8 to lead daily operations, uphold brand standards, and drive guest experience and profitability.

You will manage reservations, oversee service, collaborate with kitchen and bar, and mentor the team while delivering exceptional hospitality. Experience in premium F&B and a luxury hotel environment preferred; strong communication and financial acumen are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience within a hotel or premium hospitality F&B environment.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Commercial awareness with financial literacy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations and ensure seamless service.
• Drive revenue and profitability while maintaining brand standards.
• Oversee reservations, table management, and pacing.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, health & safety, and licensing.
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and front-of-house teams.
• Support activations, seasonal menus, and events.
• Manage guest feedback tracking and improvements.
• Oversee financial controls and reporting.
