Job summary

Lough Erne Resort, a luxury hospitality destination in Northern Ireland, seeks a Content Creator to lead and elevate its social media presence. You will craft compelling written and visual content, manage multi-channel campaigns, and coordinate with teams to showcase the resort and golf experiences.

You will work with influencers, plan press trips, and maintain blog and e-zine content, while ensuring a consistent on-brand voice across all channels.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage multi-channel communications across social platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication across channels.
• Experience with blogs, e-zines, and digital campaigns.
• Creative content creation and marketing collateral.
• Ability to coordinate with PR and resort departments.

Responsibilities

• Build an iconic social and online profile for a luxury resort.
• Execute social media strategies across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter.
• Create aspirational content in visual and written form.
• Coordinate team to produce content including Stories for social accounts.
• Organise press trips and liaise with influencers and PR agency.
• Respond to customer comments in a professional on-brand manner.
• Update the resort website and third-party sites; support blog and e-zines.
• Be proactive in day-to-day co-ordination tasks.
