Job summary

Bimplus, an Exeter-based high-end construction consultancy, is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their team. You will work on prestigious private residential schemes for high-profile clients, supporting projects from feasibility to final account.

The role requires strong cost planning, procurement and contract administration skills, with a focus on client liaison and discretion. Hybrid working and a generous benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in consultancy/PQS environment.
• Experience on residential, prime residential or high-end construction projects.
• Ideally MRICS or working towards chartership.
• A relevant construction qualification (QS degree/HNC/HND).
• Strong pre and post contract experience and client liaison skills.
• Excellent communication and client-facing capabilities.
• Good knowledge of JCT contracts and a professional discreet approach.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage projects from feasibility to final account.
• Carry out cost planning, tender documentation, procurement, contract administration, valuations and cost reporting.
• Maintain strong client liaison in a client-facing consultancy environment.
