A leading residential developer in West London seeks an experienced Internal Fit Out Project Manager to oversee internal fit out works for a flagship residential project. You will ensure that construction works meet high-quality standards and are completed safely and on schedule. The ideal candidate should have substantial experience with internal fit out processes, particularly on large-scale residential developments, and hold relevant certifications such as CSCS and SMSTS. Qualifications

• Must have experience on large scale residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of fit out processes from 1st fix to completion required.
• CSCS Black Card is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee internal fit out works on project phases.
• Program and schedule work with the Project Director.
• Ensure work is constructed to high quality standards.
• Chair meetings with team members and contractors.
