Qualifications

  • Proven experience in reservations or sales in a luxury 5-star hotel or serviced apartments environment.
  • Confidence in handling guest matters professionally, including complaints.
  • Comfortable working to revenue and conversion targets.

Responsibilities

  • Negotiate stays and extensions with a focus on maximizing revenue.
  • Provide accurate updates on guest requests and preferences.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Team and property departments.
  • Handle complex or escalated guest matters professionally.
  • Support the day-to-day running of the Reservations department.
