This role blends personal shopping, specialist sourcing and premium client care, perfect for someone with experience in luxury environments and a strong background in procurement and purchasing. The Role As a Luxury Personal Shopper you will be responsible for sourcing, purchasing and coordinating high quality goods and services to meet bespoke client needs. You will work closely with suppliers, internal teams and management to ensure every request is delivered quickly, efficiently and to the highest luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the purchasing system to ensure fast and efficient sourcing of luxury goods
• Respond to purchase requests and client needs with accuracy and speed
• Source items directly from stores when required to meet urgent or bespoke client demands
• Ensure all items are received on time and in perfect condition
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams
• Process invoices accurately and raise purchase orders
• Coordinate premium packing and shipment of items, including specialist or hazardous materials when needed
