Location: Bicester Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum + £3,000 Clothing Allowance + Eligibility for Discretionary Team Bonus (Paid Quarterly)

As a Personal Shopper, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional five‑star service to our clients, creating memorable experiences from start to finish. You will bring your own client base and actively develop new relationships, ensuring loyalty and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Build long‑term relationships with high‑value clients, ensuring loyalty and repeat business.
- Personal Styling Expertise: Provide tailored styling advice and curated selections based on client preferences, lifestyle, and upcoming trends.
- Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and approach potential clients through networking, referrals, and social media engagement.
- Appointment Management: Organize and manage personal shopping appointments, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience.
- Knowledge: Maintain in‑depth knowledge of all brands, collections, and seasonal trends to offer informed recommendations.
- Upselling & Cross‑Selling: Maximize sales opportunities by introducing complementary products and exclusive collections.
- Event Participation: Attend in‑store events, VIP previews, and brand launches to engage clients and promote services.
- Reporting & Feedback: Provide regular updates on client activity, sales performance, and feedback to management.
- Visual Merchandising Support: Ensure personal shopping areas are impeccably presented and aligned with brand standards.
- Discretion & Confidentiality: Handle client information with the utmost professionalism and confidentiality.
Requirements
- Luxury Retail Expertise: Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in luxury retail or personal shopping.
- Client Book: Existing client base within the luxury market is highly desirable.
- Sales Acumen: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a high‑end retail environment.
- Fashion Knowledge: Strong understanding of current and upcoming fashion trends, luxury brands, and styling techniques.
- Digital Savvy: Ability to leverage social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) for client engagement and brand promotion.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a polished and professional demeanor.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English; additional languages (Mandarin, Arabic, Russian, etc.) are a significant advantage.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings, between 8:00 am and 10:00 pm.
- Problem‑Solving: Ability to handle client concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction.
- Team Player: Collaborative approach with colleagues to deliver a seamless luxury experience.
- Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools for client management and reporting.
