Jumeirah Carlton Tower in London is seeking a Kitchen Porter to support our luxury hotel operations. You will clean and maintain dishes and equipment, prep items for Banquet functions, and ensure cleanliness across kitchen areas to the highest standards expected in a 5* property.

The ideal candidate has prior experience in a luxury hotel, works well in a team, and demonstrates professionalism in interactions with guests and colleagues. A strong eye for detail and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a 5* star luxury property preferably in London.
• Team player who collaborates to maintain cleanliness and presentation.
• Professional interactions with guests and staff.
• Kitchen experience is ideal.
• Strong attention to detail to keep guest rooms and public areas immaculate.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain dishes and operating equipment in Food and Beverage outlets.
• Prepare operating equipment for Banquet functions by counting, sorting, and organizing items.
• Maintain kitchen equipment and utensils to a high standard, minimizing breakage and ensuring cleanliness.
• Sanitize machinery and equipment according to hygiene standards.
• Adhere to standards of personal hygiene and grooming, including wearing uniforms and name badges.
