Job summary

Network - Career Consultants is seeking an organised and proactive Design Project Manager to support the delivery of luxury hospitality and residential interior design projects, working closely with Associates and design teams.

Key responsibilities include maintaining timelines, coordinating rescheduling, handling additions and omissions, serving as the main client contact on timings and contracts, keeping trackers and payment plans up to date, identifying risks and blockers, and supporting

Qualifications

Previous experience in project management and administration is essential.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience with Excel and/or project management tools such as Jira, Trello or MS Project.
Experience within an interior design or architectural environment is essential.

Responsibilities

Maintaining project timelines, milestones and weekly progress updates.
Coordinating project rescheduling and track key deadlines.
Managing additions and omissions and project changes.
Acting as a key contact for clients regarding project timings and contractual obligations.
Maintaining project trackers, reports and payment plan information.
Identifying potential risks, delays and blockers, escalating where required.
Supporting project teams with resources, information and holiday planning.
