Job summary

Sims Hilditch is seeking an Interior Designer with 2–3 years’ experience to work between our Cotswolds and London studios. You will translate briefs into creative design solutions, manage client relationships, and drive projects from concept to completion.

Ideal candidates are technically proficient, collaborative, and capable of delivering high-quality interior design work across luxury residential and commercial sectors. UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver interior design projects from concept through to completion.
• Prepare and present design proposals with supporting documentation.
• Manage material and finish selections within concept design brief and budget.
• Oversee bespoke furniture design packages and development.
• Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and contractors.
• Liaise with clients and project teams during all project stages.
• Attend client and site meetings, presenting ideas with senior team.
• Problem-solve design challenges proactively.
• Support the business day-to-day and mentor junior team members.
