Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane seeks a Director of Security & Safety to lead all security and safety operations, protecting guests, staff, contractors, visitors, and assets while upholding luxury service standards.

The role covers health and safety, fire life safety, emergency preparedness, investigations, and risk management, with training programs and regulatory compliance at the core. Strong leadership and discretion are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold SIA licence and health/safety qualifications.
• Experience leading security operations in luxury hospitality.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent English, both written and spoken; right to work in the UK.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Security & Safety operations across the hotel.
• Protect guests, staff, contractors, visitors, and assets.
• Develop and enhance security, health and safety, and risk programmes.
• Foster a proactive safety culture throughout the hotel.
• Manage emergency preparedness, crisis planning, and business continuity.
• Oversee fire and life safety programmes and compliance.
• Conduct risk assessments, inspections, and security reviews.
• Lead investigations into incidents and near-misses.
