COREcruitment Ltd is seeking a commercially driven General Manager to lead a luxury 4-star hotel in East Sussex. You will oversee Rooms, F&B, Sales, Finance and People, driving revenue, guest satisfaction and operating excellence.

We welcome experienced GMs or top-deputy managers ready to step into a full GM role, with a focus on developing talent and upholding the brand’s high standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as a General Manager in luxury or upscale hotels.
• Strong commercial acumen with proven financial results.
• Passion for luxury hospitality and guest experiences.
• Excellent leadership and people development skills.
• Hands-on, visible leadership with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide inspirational leadership across all hotel departments, creating a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Drive operational performance, guest satisfaction and service standards.
• Lead the commercial strategy, maximising revenue and profitability across all areas of the business.
• Develop and execute plans to increase market share and strengthen the hotel's position within the luxury hospitality sector.
• Build strong relationships with guests, colleagues, stakeholders and local partners.
• Coach, mentor and develop the leadership team to achieve their full potential.
• Ensure compliance with all operational, financial and brand standards.
• Work closely with sales and revenue teams to maximise commercial opportunities.
