Job summary

Red Carnation Hotels Ltd. is seeking a Guest Experiences Agent in London to deliver outstanding service in our luxury property. You will manage guest emails, prepare rooms to guest preferences, and coordinate with departments for VIPs.

Strong communication and a proactive, can-do attitude are essential. Previous hotel experience is preferred, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Front Office role requiring passion for guest service.
• Experience in luxury/hospitality preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage emails and administrative duties for guest inquiries.
• Create guest itineraries inside and outside London.
• Ensure arrival rooms are prepared per guest preferences.
• Coordinate with hotel departments for regular guests and VIPs.
• Participate in ad hoc projects as needed.
