Job summary

Molton Brown seeks a Retail Assistant Store Manager for our Milton Keynes store to drive sales, customer service excellence and team development. You will support in leading the store to achieve targets and deliver a premium luxury experience for every guest.

We require at least 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in fragrance/beauty. You will be an engaging leader, an excellent communicator and comfortably travel between stores when needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years retail management experience.
• Experience within the fragrance and beauty retail environment is desirable.
• An excellent communicator.
• An engaging and successful leader.
• Proven commercial acumen.
• Customer centric approach.
• Flexibility in working arrangements including some travel to other stores.

• Support in driving the store's performance and achieving sales, KPI’s and profit through strong execution.
