Job summary

CHANEL is seeking a Part Time Fragrance & Beauty Sales Consultant at Sephora Silverburn. You will be the CHANEL ambassador, delivering expert consultations in fragrance, makeup and skincare and representing the brand's values in-store and digitally.

The role focuses on building lasting client relationships, sharing knowledge, and helping achieve sales targets through personalised service, clienteling and a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Build long lasting client relationships through a tailored, memorable experience both in-store and through digital channels.

• Deliver expert personalised consultations that captivate and educate clients.
• Use clienteling and data capture tools to actively recruit new clients and grow client portfolio.
• Help achieve individual and counter sales targets & KPIs.
