Kurt Geiger is seeking a customer-focused retail candidate to join our London-based team. You will warmly welcome clients, guide them to products, and help meet their shopping needs while maintaining stock and store standards.

As a brand ambassador, you will promote loyalty programs, assist with promotions planning, and work flexibly to cover evenings and weekends. A strong team player with a keen eye for trends will thrive in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Welcome clients warmly and guide them to products to meet needs.
• Efficiently manage stock, perform stock checks, and maintain stockroom standards.
• Keep the shop floor tidy, replenish stock, and uphold visual standards.
• Support management toward individual and team sales targets.
• Explain Kurt Geiger loyalty programs and benefits to customers.
• Assist in planning promotions and participate as a brand ambassador.
• Adhere to uniform standards (all black, unbranded, reflect the brand).
• Be a strong, versatile team member and participate in training.
