Job summary

Burberry is hiring a Product Developer, Flou to lead the development of beautifully crafted products from concept to handover. You will work across dresses, gowns, skirts, blouses, tops and other soft-sewn garments, partnering with Design, Atelier, Raw Materials and vendors to deliver exceptional quality, craftsmanship, and timely delivery.

The role requires experience in luxury fashion product development, strong knowledge of Flou and womenswear construction, and a proactive, collaborative

Qualifications

• Experience in product development within luxury fashion.
• Strong knowledge of Flou, soft-sewn or womenswear products.
• Experience managing products through concept, sampling, fittings and handover.
• Organised with oversight of critical paths and product data.
• Collaborative communication with creative, technical and operational partners.
• Commercial awareness; familiarity with ateliers or vendors; Italian language helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of Flou products and projects from concept to handover.
• Coordinate Design, Atelier, Raw Materials, vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Translate concepts into development briefs while protecting design intent and quality.
• Manage critical paths and maintain records of samples, amendments and costs.
• Identify risks early and propose practical, cost-aware solutions.
• Review costs and seek efficiency without compromising quality.
